Sweden expands the list of groups citizens aren't allowed to criticize--under penalty of prison

Starting today Sweden has added a new protected group to its law (reportedly section 16.8 of the nation's criminal code) criminalizing what it calls "hate speech."  (The translation below is very clunky):
Any person who, in a statement or in another shared message, threatens or expresses contempt for a community or other such group of people on the basis of race, skin colour, national or ethnic origin, creed, sexual orientation or transgender identity or expression, [will be deemed guilty] of hate speech [and subject] to imprisonment for a maximum of two years...
If the offence is severe, the offender [will be deemed guilty of] "aggravated incitement to hatred" [the penalty for which is] imprisonment for a minimum of six months and a maximum of four years.
So from now on any Swede who "expresses contempt for" a tranny can be thrown in prison for two years (for a "minor" offense), or up to four years "if the offence is severe."

Now, can anyone tell us how the phrase "expresses contempt for..." is to be interpreted?

Swedes have already learned the answer, when an elderly woman posted a comment on Fakebook saying unlimited immigration was reducing the average IQ in Sweden.  Sentenced to six months.

So from now on, after the left-socialist government succeeded in adding trannies to the elite group given special protections against criticism, anyone who says or posts a single word criticising how the government kowtows to trannies will be subject to jail time.

This is what Democrat leaders want to ram into law here. And they've already succeeded in getting tens of thousands of college students on both coasts to agree that any speech that snowflakes say makes them uncomfortable is "hate speech" and shouldn't be allowed.  It's only a tiny step from there to jail time, just as soon as the Dems re-capture control of the senate and the White House.

"How can you complain about this, citizen?  Every step in the process was all perfectly legal!"
