African immigrant who punched 90-year-old woman in the face as she walked by is released after a week

Virtually every large city ruled by liberal Democrats is soft on crime and illegals.  Astonishingly (to Democrats and their supporters, at least), violent criminals in those states see "easy pickin's", and those places quickly become more dangerous for normal citizens.

In other words, they become what many would call sh*tholes.

Latest example:  In downtown Portland, Oregon, last month a 90-year-old woman was walking on the sidewalk when she passed a 34-year-old African Filbert Mwezi Gacinya as he urinated on a building.  She tried to ignore the outrage and walk by, and the guy punched her in the face.

This week the cucks of Portland released him due to "jail overcrowding."

The African had earlier been charged with six other crimes in the same county, including sex abuse, aggravated harassment and assault.  So a bad apple all the way.  Prosecutors even noted in court papers after his latest arrest that he’s a “danger to the community!!” and “not a good candidate for release at this time.”

Gacinya is one of 162 perps officials have released from jail so far this year, allegedly for “emergency overcrowding."

In most *sane* states, jails have agreements with adjacent counties to house their inmates on a temporary basis if they get a surge of crime.  But apparently this never occurred to the liberal morons who rule Oregon.

Imagine how you'd feel if your 90-year-old grandmother was the victim of this sort of totally unprovoked, vicious crime.  Welcome to Democrat-rule.
