Unprecedented: Democrat-friendly judge allow DNC to "serve" Wikileaks by tweeting

By law, when party A sues party B, you're required to give the party you sued notice.  You can do this by hiring someone to physically hand them a copy of what you filed, or you can use certified mail to their known address.

But you've never been able to serve someone by "tweeting."

Well, until recently.  If you're the Democrat National Committee and have a friendly Dem judge, suddenly you can serve people by tweeting.

Who knew, eh?

Of course judges can ignore or re-write laws any time they like.  Well sure, only Democrat judges can get away with that.  That goes without saying.  Like the judges who have upheld Obama's totally unConstitutional abrogating of U.S. immigration law called DACA.  Unconstitutional from the outset, but now the judges have given it the gloss of "court approval."

Okay, then you'd think if one president could violate the Constitution by decree, a subsequent president could end the unConstitutional policy, right?  Except Democrat judges prevented Trump from doing just that, ruling that he had to continue emperor Obozo's DACA abomination.  Cuz, reasons.

Only little people have to obey these quaint "laws," citizen.
