Hillary lies again
The latest on The Hillary Saga: During Her Worship's gracious press conference at the U.N. (interesting--how many civilians could get the UN to let them hold a presser in their facility?), Hilly huffily told us peons that she most certainly did comply with the requirements of the Federal Records Act that all emails be "preserved on government servers."
Given that she used her own private server to store her emails for her entire term as Secretary of State, you may wonder how this complied with the law.
Glad you asked, citizen, cuz she explained that too: "The vast majority of my 'work-related' emails were sent to government employees and are stored on the recipient's government server."
Unfortunately the State Department has now confirmed--under pointed questioning from people who already knew the answer--that State only started "automatically" archiving the emails of senior officials last month--two years after Her Worship ended her reign as SecState.
Yep, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki acknowledged that regular archiving of the work email in-boxes of senior officials besides the secretary did not begin until “February of this year.”
Since Her Worship was head of the State Department, you'd think she would have known what her department's archive policy was--especially since she was relying on that to allow her to "comply" with federal law about official records while she used her own private server.
Oh, and in case you weren't sure: top Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin--both of whom worked for Clinton at State as official federal employees--also used private e-mail, almost certainly to keep their conversations hidden from possible eventual public scrutiny just as Hillary did.
To summarize: Clinton lied. Egregiously. Brazenly. Essentially an in-your-face FU. No one with an IQ over 70 could possibly believe her lies. And yet she's still the media's darling, and the presumptive Democrat nominee.
Which tells you everything you need to know about the intelligence, ethics and adherence to the law and Constitution of Democrats.
When you continue to support a party whose nominee so brazenly ignores federal laws--and then brazenly, obviously lies to cover the violations--you've demonstrated that you don't care about either the law or the Constitution. Given your value system, what is it that you think makes you American, other than having been born here?
