RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz say over a MILLION people enrolled in Obamacare don't have SS numbers.

Democrats:  "NOooo, dis not true!  Dis FAKE NEWZ!  And of course if it turns out to be true, it's Trump's fault!"

Oz is head of the "Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services," which is under "Health and Human Services," headed by RFK.  So both arguably have full access to the agency's records, and know far more about what's going on there than any reporter. 

For young Americans and Dems who haven't dealt with either Medicare or Medicaid: Neither agency pays money to patients/citizens.  Instead when a "medical provider" claims to have treated a covered person, the provider submits a claim to Medicare or Medicaid and collects whatever reimbursement is current.

But what prevents a corrupt MD or medical practice from submitting claims for treatment never provided?  All that's needed is a match between a patient's data and their Medicare number. 

And an even more lucrative scam has also been happening: Obozocare promised to give low-income people free health insurance--policies identical to those issued to paying customers, but the insurance company would bill Obamacare for the premium.  
 
Fraudsters are submitting applications for fake people, enrolling stolen identities or non-existing "people" to collect millions of dollars in fees from the government (i.e. taxpayers) for selling insurance plans that were never actually sold!  And since "people" who don't exist never get sick, and don't make claims against the never-issued "health insurance," it's all pure profit to the fraudsters.

There IS a solution: get the fucking federal government out of the "bribes-for-votes" business.  But of course that will never happen, because the ability to bribe stupid people to get their votes is a mainstay of both parties.
