The letter Kirk's assassin left for his tranny lover
Yet another "confession" from Kirk's assassin--this one in a hand-written note, compared to a dozen text messages establishing the same thing. Cuz leftists claim duh eeeebil conspirators tryin' t' frame po' TyTy have faked the text messages:
Read the note. "I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.
The defense will try to get the fearful judge to prevent it from being introduced as evidence, because "Luna" (as in "Dear Luna") is not a name that can be officially linked to anyone. Of course the prosecution can try to establish that "Luna" is Robinson's pet name for his tranny lover, Twiggs, and then try to use handwriting experts to prove po' deluded Tyler wrote this note.
Good luck.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict that despite this note and half a dozen texts from TyTy confessing to his lover, this case won't go to trial. Yes, it's clear that prosecutors have a slam-dunk case, since TyTy admitted shooting Kirk several times in texts to his tranny lover, and now the note. So why would the state NOT go to trial, eh?
Because the prosecutors don't wanna get shot by tranny freaks outraged at duh "oppression" of po' TyTy. So when TyTy's attorneys propose a plea deal--agreeing to plead guilty if the state agrees to no death penalty and a sentence of XX years--prosecutors will agree.
The stated reason will be that prosecutors worried that one or two jurors would vote to acquit, since a) dere wuz no video of TyTy actually pulling the trigger!; and b) "Duh State can't prove TyTy was on duh roof (which they can't), and one or two jurors will ignore ALL the confessions and other evidence (rifle known to belong to his grandfather recovered in the woods 200 yards from the campus) cuz..."massive conspiracy to frame dis po' innocent boi!"
It's hard to imagine how many mental contortions a stupid juror would have to undergo to ignore all the confessions. But note how easily corrupt black jurors in the trial of O.J. Simpson ignored all the red flags pointing to his guilt, eh? Jurors are easily swayed by pressure from dominant jurors. Psych-101.
Eager to see if I'm right.
