In Maryland, 13-year-old male rapes two 6-year-olds, no punishment

 In the lawless, Democrat-ruled shit-hole of Maryland, a 13-year-old male raped not one but TWO 6-year-old girls.

What do you think would be an appropriate sentence?

Now, if you have a 6-year-old daughter, do you give the same answer?

Finally: In all cases involving "juveniles" who commit crimes, state law in the Dem-ruled shit-hole has the head of the state's "Department of Juvenile Services tell the judge what her agency thinks is the appropriate sentence.  So what do ya think Betsy Fox Tolentino--the head of that agency--recommended?

Immediate release.  Probation and an ankle monitor.  Not one day in juvenile detention.  Not put on a "danger" list.  Could be going to school with your daughter and no one will ever know about his past conviction.  Wow.
