Haitian here under Obama "temporary protected status" murders two women

On January 15, 2010--over 16 years ago--after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit Haiti, Hussein Obozo decreed that every resident of that lawless, crime-ridden shit-hole was granted "Temporary Protected Status" (TPS), meaning an unlimited number of Haitians could enter the U.S. and remain here.

"Temporarily," of course!  Cuz dat word in duh "law" sed "Temporary," eh?  So residents of Haitian-afflicted towns like Springfield, Ohio, were forced to just deal with it.  Cuz duh prezzy decreed it, an' once a president decrees somethin', yew don' get no say in it, right?  Cuz he gots duh power, eh?

Well, certainly true if the first prezzy is a Dem and the one who tries to end it is a Republican.  THAT, of course, would be illegal.

So right after Obozo's DECREE, 348,000 Haitians rushed to enter the U.S. and get "free shit," courtesy of taxpayers.  Of course duh Media never gave taxpayers any credit for paying for everything duh Haitians needed.  Instead Obozo--who didn't pay for anything--got all the credit.  And the leftist Mainstream Media gushed, "Obama is a magnificent humanitarian." 

And as every American surely knows by now, Obozo's "temporary protected status" decree was still in effect 15 and 16 years later.  All 348,000 Haitians were still here, still gracing us with "cultural enrichment" and "die-versity"! 

And murders.  More about those later.  Besides, murders don't matter to Democrats as long as it's not one of their family members.

Finally, 15 years after the earthquake, a non-corrupt president--Trump--asked "Why are the Haitians still being given temporary protected status 15 years after the earthquake?"  

His advisers shrugged: "Cuz Obama gave 'em TPS back in 2010.  Presidential decree."

Trump: "Well since that earthquake happened 15 years ago, can anyone tell me why they still need special 'protected status.'"  Advisers had no answer.

Trump to advisers: "Did Obama get congressional permission to give Haitians TPS?  Did he publish his proposal in the Federal Register and give Americans 90 days to comment on it?"  Advisers: "Uhhh...no, he just ordered it."

Trump: "Well if he can 'just order it,' seems like a later president should be able to end it, eh?"

So on June 27, 2025, Trump used the same logic that let Obozo ORDER TPS to order the end of TPS for the Haitians, ending their free ride.  (He'd done the same thing in his first term, but that was instantly blocked by leftist judges.  Trump was too busy fighting allegations that he'd "colluded with Putin to steal the election" to deal with that then.)

So the same day that Trump ordered the end of TPS status, a group of pro-invader Democrats sued to block that order.  They had the lawsuit all typed up and ready to file, because they'd gotten word from their DeepState spies that the termination order was coming.

And you need to know their logic:  In effect, they argued that once any Dem president decrees TPS, no later president can end that status.  So once Obozo ordered it, only He could end the TPS decree.  And if (heaven forbid) he passed away before rescinding his decree, Dem logic said the Haitians would get to stay in the U.S. forever, eh?

Perfectly logical, citizen. 

This was so logical that just 4 days after the pro-invader groups file the lawsuit, on July 1, 2025 a corrupt leftist judge agreed with the Democrats, ruling that Trump hadn't gone thru all the steps the judge ruled he should have, and thus that his order ending TPS was illegal. 

Just as an aside: When have you seen a judge move that quickly?  Answer: only when it's a leftist judge who already knew what was coming.  Cool, eh?
 
The Administration appealed.  And if you follow crucial court cases outside your city you know how that turned out, right.  If you don't (spoiler: not one American in a thousand knows), the Court of Appeals agreed with the Democrats.  

So as the lawsuit slowly ground its way thru the endless legal moves filed by the Dems to keep blocking the end of TPS, life was going on for the rest of us.  Tragically not for all.  Here's what happened:

Rolbert [sic] Joachin is a citizen of Haiti.  Because of Obozo's decree granting TPS to all Haitians, he was allowed to enter the U.S. and remain here.

Rolbert [sic] was suspected of murdering an American girl named Julia Curvo.  Here's a pic of her in happier times (i.e. before she was murdered):


Of course in this country people suspected of murder aren't arrested for weeks or months while the investigation continues.  So ol' Rolbert was still walking around free six months later, enabling him to murder another totally innocent woman.

Yep, six months after killing Julia Curvo, TPS migrant Rolbert--reportedly furious that an ATM wouldn't take his EBT card--was caught on surveillance video HAMMERING A WOMAN TO DEATH.  The victim was the cashier at the 7-11 where the ATM declined his card, and the brutal murder was captured on camera.  Dozens of blows to her face as she lay on the ground.

Of course you heard about this and saw the video, right?

No?  Wow, I'm shocked!  Just kidding, cuz the lying, Democrat-fellating Mainstream Media refused to show it.  "Too brutal."  An' if we showed it, it might make voters think twice about voting for Democrats!

After being arrested Joachin reportedly admitted to officers that he'd gone to the 7-11 specifically to kill the cashier, Nilufa Easmin, also known as Yasmin.

He told detectives he wore the same clothes that Yasmin had seen him in two days earlier so that she would recognize him.  He then said he intentionally smashed her car with a hammer so that she would come outside.  And then he smashed her head a dozen times, with the same hammer he'd used to smash her car windows.

I watched the vid of Yasmin's brutal murder many times in the days right after the ghastly attack.  But for some strange reason, unless you sign up for Instagram (owned by...?), it's now virtually impossible to find the video of the deadly attack.  You can find thousands of "newz clips" from Dem-fellating Media stations reporting the murder, but virtually all the ghastly videos of the brutal hammer murder have mysteriously vanished from the Net.

Wait...I thought once something was on the Net, it stayed forever, eh?  Apparently not, if someone doesn't want you to see something.  And it's just a total coincidence that seeing this video would lead rational adults to be angry at the Democrats for inviting this demon to come here and stay under TPS, cuz that would almost certainly cost the Democrats votes.

Who has the power to remove something from the Net, eh?  Say, you don't think that was done to avoid angering voters angry that leftist judges had blocked Trump from ending TPS, do ya?  

Cuz if yew din' see duh video, it nevah happen, eh?

Finally, after going thru 200 results shown by a "net search" I found ONE vid of the murder, on Reddit--and it may well have been deleted by now.


There's no blood, but you still don't wanna see it--but you need to...because demons like Rolbert are who the Dems continue to DEMAND not be deported.  You need to be furious about this.  But as long as you can believe it nevah happen, you can happily shrug and continue to vote for the monsters who allow it.

Yes, "allow" it.  The Lying Mainstream Media tries to sugar-coat it: "Ohhhh, dis NOT hiz fault, citizen!  He wuz jus' upset cuz his card was declined!  SEE, deplorable?  Yew cain't blame bribem or Obozo fo' dis!  Dey wudn't even preznit when he wuz "accused of doing this."

So NOW that this demon is in police custody he's finally been charged with the earlier murder of Julia Curvo six months earlier.  Strangled her to death.  But of course Julia wasn't your daughter or wife, so why should you care, right?

And that's just how Democrat politicians want all Americans to react.  "See, duh victim wuz prolly wearing provocative clothing, like a dress!  An' she could have smiled at po' Rolbert, which pushed duh po' boy ovah duh edge, eh?"

This is who Democrats are fighting for--filing one lawsuit after another to prevent Trump from ending their TPS status and deporting 'em.  Which leaves 'em free to do...well, anything they want, assured that TPS will protect 'em from being deported, and that they'll nevah be convicted of any crime, cuz...faaabulous pro-invader attorneys who work for free.

So back to TPS and the endless lawsuits from Dem groups:  After leftist, Democrat-fellating judges at both the district court and the court of appeals ruled that Trump had acted illegally in ending TPS, the case ended up at the Supreme Court.

Since this was a HUGE case, surely you heard how the SC ruled, right? 

Y'say you didn't?

If that's true, that should tell yew something about the Media--because this was a huge win for Trump.  If Trump had lost, you would have heard.  For days.  So I'll leave it at that. 

Sadly, too late for Julia and the murdered cashier at the 7-11.  But of course not a problem to yew, right?  Cuz dey not a member of your family.

Of course if anyone really thinks there's a problem here, y'know what would fix it?  "President Harris."  Or "President Newsom."  Cuz Democrats haz duh solution to any problem, eh?  If you think 16 years of "temporary" protected status was "a problem."

The families and loved ones of Julia and Yasmin would probably say they wished TPS had ended after, say, ten years.
