Oregon judge orders fence around Eugene Federal Building removed, lying that fence violated protesters' speech rights

In the communist shithole of Eugene, Oregon, after Antifa rioters broke all the windows in the Federal Building and repeatedly set fires during anti-ICE, pro-illegal protests, in late April the feds very prudently put a fence around the building to prevent further damage from attacks.

Then last Monday--as most of you could have predicted--a federal judge named Mustafa Kasubhai--appointed by bribem (of course) ordered the federal government to remove the fence within 48 hours--thus clearing the way for more damaging attacks by the communist rioters.  (Wiki (I know) says he was the first Muslim fed judge in the U.S., but I'm skeptical.)

Now, can you guess the anti-American Muslim judge's reasoning for ORDERING the feds to remove the fence?  Was it that...

• the feds didn't get a permit from the city?  or...
• they didn't submit an environmental-impact statement? or...
• they didn't get permission from the native-American tribe that claims the land; or...
• the judged ruled that the fence "violated protesters' free-speech rights"? 

All those are totally plausible in this era of Democrat horseshit, but it's the last one:  Antifa "activists" claimed the fence violated their First-Amendment right to protest, by preventing them from getting to a plaza they had often used as a place to "peacefully" protest.  And of course Democrat judges routinely rule that for shithead commies, "peaceful protests" include torching buildings, breaking windows, burning cars and so on, and that they have the right to protest wherever they want, even in the middle of interstate highways, the Golden Gate Bridge, on airport runways or in the control rooms of nuclear powerplants.  Cuz dat right dere in duh Constitution, deplorable!



Civil war--it's the only option that remains, since the Democrats and their leftist judges have taken over the law and created "Two Sets of Laws."
