The Democrats and Media oppose more attacks, claiming "a peace agreement is near"

I've always wondered if the Democrat-fellating leftists who run Axios are cunning, lying, scum-sucking, pro-Iranian sons of whores, or merely stupid.

Just kidding: no one could possibly be that stupid.

Axios is totally in favor of endless "peace negotiations" with the Islamic regime because they know the regime is hoping to "run out the clock" to the midterms.  And if the Islamic regime succeeds, and is still in power at the midterms, the GOP will be soundly defeated, and the new Democrat majority in congress (spit) will force Trump to withdraw all troops from the region.  

All the regime had to do to win was to refuse to surrender after the resounding defeat by our extremely skilled military.  If you doubt that, review how the loudly the Dem-fellating Media screamed that our military was "incompetent" when we had to destroy our own planes that were axle-deep in mud after landing in a field to rescue downed pilots.

Instead of being proud of the skill at the rescue, the Dem-fellating media cunningly chose to play up the fact that we had to destroy the stuck planes.

(For those who no virtually nothing about airplanes: no fixed-wing plane has enough power to get out of axle-deep mud.) 

So...Axios and the other lying leftist Media sons of whores are support endless delays, bleating that the Islamic regime is reeeeally trying to "make a deal" for peace.  The truth is that the Islamic regime is confident that with the help of the U.S. Media they can convince voters to vote Dem, and that the Democrat partei [sic] will force U.S. withdrawal--with the mullahs still in power.  

I suspect the Dems are laughing their asses off, because they know they've found a winning strategy: every time Trump gets tired of the Islamic regime's refusal to give up plans to build an atomic bomb, and demands that they be allowed to control the Strait of Hormuz and charge million-dollar-a-ship tolls on tankers, the Media trots out the same bullshit: "Ouah Muslim frenz say duh regime is reeeally close to a peace deal, but dey jus' needs another week or two!"  And if Trump doesn't agree, he's a "warmonger."  "Killing innocent chirren!"  "Doing the bidding of his Israeli masters!"  

Every day that Trump bows to the Dems' and Media's demands by not forcing the regime to surrender unconditionally--by resuming bombing--is a win for the Iranians, the Democrats and their Media fellators.

Bowing to demands by the Media (and Dems) for endless delays will lead to certain defeat for the GOP in November, with the Dems winning control of one or both chambers.  On the other hand, if Trump resumes attacks and is able to force Iran's rulers to surrender, the Media and Dems will bleat that he's a murderous warmonger and a puppet of Israel, so voters may give the Dems control either way.  But at least that path offers a chance of the U.S. winning.  Unfortunately I don't see any indication that any of Trump's advisors realize this.
