Democrat pols wail about high gas price--but opposed Trump's idea to lower it

An amusing minor battle:  Top Democrats--including the ghastly hypocrite Chuckie Schumer--were screaming that gas prices were too high...of course caused by the Iran skirmish.  Of course the price of gas was still lower than the price when bribem was prezzy, but Dems obviously never said a harsh word about gas prices then, eh?

Then Trump floated the idea of temporarily suspending the federal gasoline tax to give motorists a slight break from high gas prices.  And how did the top Democrat in the senate--who'd been wailing that gas prices were too high--react?  

He said he and his party were totally against it.  And the Dem-fellating Media have quoted trucking associations as being against it, claiming the loss of two months of revenue will delay needed highway repair. 

Okay, delayed for two months.  Not a pressing problem.  So you'd think they'd support Trump's idea--as they would have if bribem or Cackles were president.  But after Trump proposed it, they're totally against it, because...Trump.  Classic.
