Poll: 42% of Democrats believe assassination attempt at Butler PA was staged

For those with short memories: In July of 2024, at a campaign rally in Butler, PA just 4 months before the presidential election, a sniper fired several shots at Trump, hitting his ear.  Three shots hit members of the audience, killing one and critically injuring the other two.

Astonishingly, a new poll allegedly shows that 42% of Democrats believe that attempted assassination was staged.  Wow.

And 34% of Democrats believe the attack at the White House correspondent's dinner was staged.

There's no way we can coexist with people this insane.   

 

Poll isn't from one of the mainstream pollsters, but it was quoted by the Washington Post without disagreement--which amounts to an "admission against interest."  If you're familiar with the law, you understand what that implies.
