Independent investigator exposes massive op selling H1B visas to Chinese

An honest independent journalist discovers a massive fraud in Texas: a closed "daycare center" owned by a Chinese national who's made a fortune from fake PPP payments and is now selling H-1B visas.  The guy appears to be connected to the Chinese communist party.

Eleven minutes of video.  The guy is SUCH an obvious con-man that you think the whole thing must be a spoof--it's that outrageous.  But reporter Sara Gonzales has copies of all the federal forms and payouts.  Infuriating.
