One of the finest minds of the Democrat party has summed up the party's position perfectly:

The only way we can overcome systems of oppression is not to subvert verbal norms but to have radical transparency in all dialog, so stakeholders can speak truth to the existential threats of the patriarchy and save us from the environmental violence that surrounds us, and thereby show true allyship via dialoguing with LGBTQ+BIPOC people, undocumented Americans, the un-housed, birthing persons, those oppressed by the carceral system and all other victims of the privileged.
