Elections: bizarre voter ID anomaly in Wisconsin

Wisconsin has been run by Democrat thugs for years.  As a result, far over half of state workers are Democrats, and will do anything to help the Democrat party.

It's also a "swing state," where the percentage of votes for each party is so close that 15,000 votes can often decide an election.

The Wisconsin Election Commission--run by Democrats--allows some information on voter rolls to be accessible.  And someone did--and found this:

By LAW (yeah, I know: Dems violate laws with impunity) every voter in Wisconsin is supposed to be assigned a unique voter ID number.  If these numbers are assigned sequentially, and there's no fraud, the number of these voter IDs ending in each of the ten digits should be virtually identical--10% for each ending digit, eh?

If you don't understand that, stop reading and go back to MSNBC cuz you're too stupid to understand what's about to happen.

In reality what civilian investigators found was that voter IDs ending in zero appeared four times more often than other digits.  But if the ID numbers are supposed to be unique, and sequentially assigned, how could that happen?

The bullshit, word-salad, baffle-gab "explanation" by the WEC was that when two voters have the same name, and are assigned the same voter ID, that's later cleared up by the faaabulous WEC, which finds the problem and assigns a new voter ID to one of 'em.

Okay, sounds plausible so far, eh?

But wait...why do ALL these alleged "two pipo wif exzackly duh same name" problems affect ONLY people *with a voter ID that ends in zero?*  Cuz if that happened randomly shouldn't all voter IDs be equally affected?

Yet only voter IDs ending in zero are affected--with four times the occurrence of the other ending digits.

Again, if it's supposedly caused by two voters wif exzackly duh same name, why are there almost FOUR TIMES more voter IDs ending in zero than end in other digits?
