Yet another DC judge bars the firing of any govt "workers"

If you've been paying attention you may have heard that Trump and DOGE were gonna cut waste by shutting down a slew of corrupt, wasteful federal agencies.

And it was so ordered.  One of those slated for mass layoffs was Elizabeth "fake tribal member" Warren's "Consumer Financial Protections Bureau (CFPB).

As everyone predicted, several unions of govt employees immediately sued to block the shutdown, and on Good Friday a leftist DC judge (I know, redundant) ORDERED that blocked.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson issued the order after plaintiffs in the case  accused the government of violating her earlier injunction.  She ordered the administration not to layoff any employee,  or to cut off employees' access to computers at the agency, unless she approves.

For those keeping track: every attempt to fire federal workers or close agencies has been blocked by DC judges.  See, the government can hire as many employees as it wants, but is prohibited from firing any.  It's right there in the Constitution!  Reeeally!

Yeah, dat's sarc.

Late last month Jackson ordered the government to "rehire all terminated employees, reinstate all terminated contracts, and refrain from engaging in reductions-in-force or attempting to stop work through any means."

And now another DC district court judge has DECREED that the regime must re-hire ALL employees of the Voice of America.

Wow.  See, you thought the president managed the "Executive Branch" of the government.  Hahahahaha!  No, judges do.  It right dere in duh Konstitushun!

The Swamp refuses to allow its power to be reduced by a single employee or dollar.
