Newsom: "We've got a Marshall Plan to rebuild Los Angeles"

 Newsom, on video:  "We've got a Marshall plan to rebuild Los Angeles 2.0" 

Friendly reporter: "Tell us about that Marshall plan." 

Newsom: (puts up hands defensively) "We're just starting to lay it out. We are still fighting these fires."

This is called "wish-casting:"  There is no "Marshall Plan."  Newsom wants one, wishes there was one, but his total rejection of reality--which is endemic to every Dem politician (and RINO)--causes him to bleat "We've got" one. 

Democrats and the Media to voters:  "You want this man as your next president!  Reeeally!  He beez reel smaht, super-well grounded in reality!  Really!  You know you want him!  He's SOooo fabulous-looking!  And SOooo well-spoken!  He's dreamy!  Really!  You want him!"

Don't laugh: Democrat voters really are dumb enough to buy this crap.  And three years from now not one American out of 1000 will recall any dumb thing Newsom said or did.  The Narrative will have created and polished his image to a T.
