biden decrees that the ERA is now the 28th Amendment to the Constitution

One of the least-known provisions of the Constitution is that the president can add amendments to the Constitution by decree.

Wait...y'say that's nonsense?  That president's CAN'T just add amendments by decree?  Gosh that's odd, cuz perfectly sharp, mentally competent joe just decreed that the Equal Rights Amendment is now the 28th Amendment to the Constitution, and thus "the law of the land" (to use an archaic phrase long ago rejected by the Democrat party).

Here's what joe said in the video above:

"Today I affirm the Equal Rights Amendment to have cleared all the hurdles to be added to the U.S. Constitution now. 
   The ERA is the law of the land, NOW.  It's the 28th amendment to the Constitution, NOW."

See?  Easy!  And this decree is from the head of the party that constantly bleats that Trump is a "grave danger to ouah precious democracy!"  By contrast, a Dem prezzy adding a new Amendment by decree is, like, totally democratic, eh?  It's right there in the Constitution.
