In U.K. a wokie judge gives no jail time to a Muslim who had sex with a 13-year-old

U.K. judges, like French judges, avoid sentencing Muslims to jail for crimes that they routinely send non-Muslims to prison for committing.

You might ask why.  Spoiler: you won't ever get an answer.

A muslim who raped a 13-year-old girl has been spared a prison sentence after his lawyer told wokie judge Michael Stokes the man had attended an Islamic "religious school" (madrassa) where he was taught that women are worthless.  (That's an exact quote from the accused.)

It is against U.K. law for newpapers or TV news to name the Islamic school.  You might well wonder how that came to be.

After the girl told a school friend what had happened, Rashid was arrested.  He told police he knew the girl was 13, but his lawyer claimed his client didn't know it was illegal to have sex with a 13-year-old.

A principle of English and U.S. common law is that "ignorance of the law is no excuse."  As we're about to see, that's no longer true.

The crime usually results in a four to seven-year prison sentence.  But wokie judge Stokes gave Rashid a suspended sentence, saying "Although you're 18, it's clear you're very naive and immature when it comes to sexual matters."  

Ahh, so evidently "ignorance of the law"--or even claims of ignorance--now get members of "specially-protected classes" out of punishment for breaking the law.

The wokie piece of shit judge then added that because Rashid "lacked assertiveness," sending him to jail might cause him "more damage than good."

Indeed.  Heaven forbid that a rapist might have an unpleasant stay in jail.

And voila!  Off totally free.  Not even a fine.  Like a biden pardon.

But hey, American, don't get mad at the woke brit judge, cuz that's exactly what's going on here: foreigners break U.S. law to enter the U.S., the Democrats not only allow 'em to stay but fly 'em to any U.S. interior city at taxpayer expense, and put 'em up in luxury hotels.  Democrats in congress then vote against bills to deport any illegal alien who commit serious crimes.  

Two sets of laws, comrade.

Yes, this happened two years ago.  This sort of thing has been happening for at least four years in the U.K., France, Germany and Sweden.  Never makes the news here, cuz it's way more important to keep you entranced by the doings of Snoop Dog, the Kardashians and the latest sportsball playoffs.

In Miami yet another illegal alien was arrested for "sexually assaulting" a 13-year-old girl.  This happens almost every day, but unless you monitor local TV stations and newspapers you'd never hear about most of the cases.  Hmm...why do ya suppose that is, eh?  Of course: it would show Americans the insanity and suffering caused by the Democrats' open-borders policy.

When "judges" and governments ignore crimes, it's clear the real criminals are the judges and governments.
