SO...Hunty as been indicted on new charges, eh? Total charade.

After the utterly, thoroughly corrupt Weiss ("U.S. Attorney for Delaware") indicted Porridgebrain's pampered princeling crack-addict son Hunty on nine charges related to tax evasion, commenters asked  why the state of California hasn't charged princeling Hunty with failure to pay *state* taxes--since his deducting money paid to hookers as "business expenses" also reduce his state tax.

Great question.  Answer is that ""preznit"" Porridgebrain can only pardon his precious princeling son for *federal* crimes, not state.  So if Cali charged Hunty, he could only be pardoned by duh faaaabulous Newscum.  

And Newsom--the odds-on favorite for the Dem nomination next year--does NOT want that hit to his faaaabulous popularity (electability)!
 
SO...the Attorney-General of Cali would nevah charge Hunty wif'out Newsome's approval.  And since Newscum doesn't want to do that, it won't happen.  Simple.

And of course as everyone with an IQ over 80 knows, Porridgebrain will pardon Hunty for all fed crimes an hour before he leaves office.

Still think the original principle of the Founders that "All are equal under the law" is true?  Not even close: There are now two sets of laws, citizen: One for the connected, one for us "deplorables."  

As a commenter noted, what the Hunty biden charade--FBI seizing his laptop but then refusing to comment and indict on its contents--has shown rational Americans is that "the Law" no longer applies equally to all Americans.  Instead it's been perverted by elite, connected lawyers appearing before all-powerful, corrupt, unelected judges, so the "connected" get off with no penalty for crimes you and I would be imprisoned for.

Example: after the criminal drug dealer George Floyd died of a drug overdose while being arrested, virtually every Dem-ruled city allowed BLM rioters to burn, loot and riot without being charge.  But on Jan 6 of 2021, people who simply *walked BY* the capitol were charge with "insurrection" and given prison sentences of up to 20 YEARS.

Democrats are totally fine with dat.  "Dey deserved those sentences!"  But the same logic does NOT apply to the BLM riots, because...two sets of laws, citizen.

When the law is no longer applied equally to all, rational people quickly begin to regard it as a joke, not deserving any respect or obedience.  

Democrats: "NOOooo, yew jus' makin' dat up!  *All people are still equal under duh law!*"

If a laptop belonging to  one of Trump's sons was found to contain 30,000 emails supported the notion that the son was making tens of millions of dollars by selling influence, do ya think that would have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law?

If that was NOT prosecuted, do ya think the Media would have been totally fine with it--as they are with the emails discovered on Hunty's abandoned laptop?

Under Dem rule the U.S. legal system has been utterly revealed to Americans to be a farce.  A joke.  This will not end well.

Now I need to explain that last sentence: The Fibbies and Merrick "corruptocrat" Garland will spring-load to "He's calling for *insurection,* like those 'insurrectionists' from Jan 6th.  So we gonna charge him wif' dat."  

No.  By "not end well" I do NOT mean that it'll trigger civil war.  Instead the totally inevitable result will the that the U.S. will collapse into anarchy, as more "connected" Democrat pols realize they can get away with literally anything.

Democrat: "Silly deplorable!  So what if a few minor things that one or two pols do that offend your sensibilities don't get charged.  Why you t'ink dat bad?"

It's bad because it's clear that you're completely incapable of predicting effects from causes.  You think thugs don't make the connection that the law has become a joke?  That pipo can mug and kill and steal as they wish, and avoid being punished?  In fact be released the same day without having to post a dollar of bail?

In other words, do you think thugs aren't rational?

Oh, dat right:  You don't think.  To you corrupt morons, everything operates in a vacuum:  You think nothing has any effect on anything else:  No such thing as "cause-and-effect," right?

Wait, that last sentence was too harsh: Democrats DO believe in "cause-and-effect"...but only when applied to Republicans.  So if Trump wants to deport illegal invaders you think that's just AWFUL.  But you totally support Porridgebrain's policy of allowing everyone in the world to enter the U.S., then flying them to cities far from the border, and sneer at anyone who claims unlimited illegals flooding across the southern border is any kind of threat.

Eventually a few of you will understand.
