FDA approved newest "vaccine" under an "emergency use authorization"--but emergency is over!

If you had any tiny, remaining doubt that the FDA is both lawless and thoroughly corrupt, the last proof you need is here.

A bit of review is in order:  All the covid "vaccines" were issued without the normal testing, because the government declared a "public health emergency."  This allowed the FDA to approve the "vaccines" for use under a special waiver called an "Emergency Use Authorization," which specifically allows normal testing to be drastically shortened.

Cuz it's supposedly an "emergency," eh?

WELL...the Vegetable in Chief kept extending the "emergency" again and again, to keep the dollars rolling in, but finally congress had had enough, and forced biden to declare the "emergency" over as of May 11th of this year.

So with the "emergency" over, logic says the agency could no longer allow duh jab to be used, since the Emergency Use Authorization should no longer be valid, eh?  And for the same reason the FDA couldn't legally approve any NEW "vaccine" under an EUA.

Guess what just happened?  The FDA approved duh newest booster or "vaccine" for covid variant #84--under the same damn Emergency Use Authorization.

Wait, y'say that's not legal, since the corruptocrat-in-chief declared that the "emergency" ended on May 11th?

Hahahahaha!  The biden regime laughs at your "laws," and the FDA did it anyway.

How much more proof does anyone need that the biden regime has totally rejected the idea that it is in any way constrained by "laws"?

If you're a Democrat, let's review:

• To legally authorize a vaccine under an Emergency Use Authorization, the president must declare a "Public Health Emergency." 
• After repeatedly extending the so-called "emergency for an extra year, biden declared the "emergency" ended May 11th.
• With the end of the "emergency," EUA's are no longer valid or legal.
• Despite the emergency no longer existing, the corrupt FDA approved a new jab under the same "emergency use authorization."
