ACLU sues state for refusing to fund sex-change surgery for killers, refuse to help J6 prisoners

The ACLU hasn't done a single thing for the hundreds of Americans jailed for two years without bail by the corrupt biden regime after Jan 6th--because the ACLU has a different priority:  The corrupt sons of whores are too busy suing states for laws or policies of not using taxpayer dollars to give convicted murderers sex-change operations!

Democrat: "Dat not true!!  Dat fake newz!  Duh ACLU wud nevah do dat!"

Two weeks ago the ACLU sued Indiana on behalf of a man convicted of murdering his infant stepdaughter, who then demanded sex-change surgery.  But the state had passed a LAW saying tax dollars couldn't be spent on that.

The lawsuit--filed on August 28--calls this a "policy" instead of a law (which it is), to make juries think it's just arbitrary and capricious, thus more likely to find for the ACLU.

State law bans the spending of state or federal dollars on sex-change operations--even if cunningly called "gender-affirming surgery"-- for inmates.

The ACLU claims “gender-affirming surgeries” are a “medical necessity” for any inmate who claims to be tranny.  Next they'll be demanding massage chairs and 80-inch flat-screen TVs.

The ACLU is representing Jonathan C. Richardson, who was convicted of the horrific murder of his stepdaughter.  Richardson claimed the baby was crying so he proceeded to shake her aggressively.   But an autopsy found that the baby had been strangled.

While awaiting a court hearing Richardson told a prison official “I killed the little bitch.”

Nineteen years later Richardson--having learned that trannies could *demand* to be housed in female prisons--claimed to "identify as transgender."  The state responded as all other states were, giving the killer testosterone blockers and female hormones.  But of course that didn't satisfy the killer, who demanded surgery.

The prison also gave the killer bras, makeup, panties, and “form-fitting clothing”--all at taxpayer expense, of course.

As you'd expect, the ACLU's lawsuit uses female pronouns to refer to the infant-killer.  It's an indication of how far down the insanity slope we've fallen that the filing bleats that "Gender-affirming surgery is necessary so that *her* physical identity can be aligned with *her* gender identity.”

Yeah, there are those supposedly-harmless pronouns again.  The tranny mafia demand that once you accept the pronouns, you agreed that males became "real women."  Nope.

Another indication that the ACLU is pulling a brazen scam is that despite never having claimed to be tranny until 2020, the lawsuit claims he's “identified as a female” since he was 6 years old.

Perfect, because no evidence and impossible to prove one way or the other.  They throw in that claim to make the jury believe the killer has been suffering since age six.  Horseshit.

In June the corrupt ACLU sued Florida for refusing to provide sex-change crap to a convicted rapist and murderer prior to his execution.

Duane Owen was sentenced to death after brutally murdering a 38-year-old mother and a 14-year-old girl in 1984.  The killer claimed he sexually assaulted women as part of a ritual to harvest their hormones, and that he was a transsexual who carried out the sexual violence to “turn himself into a female.”

In June the ACLU wailed that the state of Florida was guilty of "cruel and unusual punishment" for refusing to use tax dollars to pay for sex-change surgery for the killer-rapist--who had been fighting to delay his execution for over 30 *years.*

Fortunately, after getting 30 more years of undeserved living, Owen was finally executed on July 15.

In June of 2021 a goofy liberal judge caved to the demands of the ACLU, and ordered that male inmates who claimed to be tranny had to be transferred to women’s prisons. That insane ORDER has resulted in dozens of extremely violent male thugs being transferred.

Among the first men to be moved to a female prison after the ORDER was a man convicted of beating a woman to death.  But see, that's how crazy liberal judges "think:"  "I don't care if we're putting men who've beaten women to death into women's prisons, cuz it beez jus' too darn *cruel* to keep self-styled trannies in male prisons!"

But liberals and the Mainstream Media continue to praise the ACLU for their insane lawsuits that produce these results.
