biden regime extends health-insurance and Medicaid benefits to non-citizens

The utter rape of the United States by the biden regime continues unchecked.  The latest in an infinite list of outrages:

If you're under age 30 you don't know much about Obama's so-called "Affordable Care Act."  This monstrously unconstitutional piece of shit--which was passed without a single Republican vote--forced taxpayers to give poor people free or highly subsidized health insurance.  

To get the crucial Dem votes to pass it, Obozo and his minions promised that their socialist law *would only give free or highly subsidized health insurance to U.S. citizens.*  That promise sounded so reasonable that every single Dem congresswhore voted for it.

In the senate it came down to one vote: and the corrupt so-called comedian who supposedly won his Illinois seat by 500 votes or so, voted for it.

Now I'll bet you can't guess what happened next.  Yep, the biden regime has issued a *rule* extending ACA benefits AND Medicaid benefits to non-U.S. citizens.

But hey, the biden/Dem regime stopped obeying silly things called "laws" on the day they took office.  They do whatever they want, and are rarely challenged.  And in the rare cases where they're taken to court and lose--as in the recent Supreme Court ruling that biden/Dems couldn't force taxpayers to repay student loan debt--the regime simply issues a NEW decree saying they'll do it, but under some different rationale.

So...in the latest case the regime has "proposed" to give ACA and Medicaid benefits to non-citizens brought to the U.S. by their illegal-alien parents, under Obozo's illegal "DACA" program.

If you're under 30 or don't pay attention to politics, you have no idea what DACA stands for--which is exactly what the regime wants.

It stands for "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals"--a name intended to not tell you what it does.  It was an Obozo vote-buying DECREE that allowed kids brought into the country by illegals to stay here "indefinitely," which turns out to be forever--without applying for citizenship.

So now the regime extends them benefits of citizenship, one piece at a time.  Then after the regime gets away with a few pieces without pushback, giving 'em the right to vote is easy.

So yesterday we were treated to a charade in which a House subcommittee questioned Ellen Montz of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services about this "proposed rule" to give ACA and Medicaid insurance coverage to Obozo's 600,000 DACA beneficiaries.

Republicans claim the rule will provide even more incentive to third-world residents to enter the U.S. illegally.  Regime bleats that that's just silly.  Do you agree?

Montz testified that the proposed rule merely brought CMS's definition of "lawful resident" in line with that of the Department of Homeland Security.  See, deplorable?  If DHS says they're lawful residents--despite DACA being a unilateral DECREE by Obozo, never passed by congress as a law--then it's only reasonable to give 'em all the benefits of citizens, right?

Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez bleated that extending Medicaid coverage to DACA recipients "shouldn't even be a question" because Dreamers are "America's proof of concept."

Parse that for me.

Montz testified that she did not know anything about illegal immigration, saying DHS does not set immigration policy."  It's a perfect dodge.

Republicans noted that a country that offers generous welfare benefits (of which health-care is just one) AND open borders is doomed to bankruptcy.  Any Democrats wanna dispute that?

Montz explained that CMS estimates that only 13,000 people would be given Medicaid money under the DACA extension.  No one thought to ask her how whether all the other 580,000 would get free health insurance under Obozo's "Affordable Care Act"--which they will if they're deemed to be legal residents.
