Illegal alien with criminal record, released into U.S. by biden regime, rapes Alabama teen

A 29-year-old from Honduras, released into the U.S. by biden's DHS after illegally entering the country at the Mexican border, is accused of raping a teenage girl in Prattville, Alabama.

Grevi Geovani Rivera Zavala was arrested and charged with the first-degree rape of the girl late last week.

The county's District Attorney said Zavala first arrived at the southern border in November of 2021 and gave a fake name to DHS.  Despite having a criminal record in Honduras, Zavala was quickly released into the U.S. interior by Biden’s DHS.

He was released into the U.S. despite DHS chief Mayorkas repeatedly assuring Americans that his agency doesn't allow persons with criminal convictions in other countries to stay in the U.S.  Of course we all know that's horseshit, as shown by the facts of this case.

The local DA said “We’re not interested in negotiating with the feds.  They can take custody of his body when [Department of Corrections] is done with him. We aren’t going to negotiate for a lesser charge so the feds can deport him.”

Zavala remains in the Autauga County Jail without bail.  However, several pro-illegal groups are seeking to have him released because he didn't know rape was against U.S. law.

According to Sen. Ron Johnson, since biden was installed in late January 2021, his regime has allowed almost five million people to enter the U.S. illegally.  That's more than the entire population of 28 states.

Asked to comment, DHS chief Mayorkas said "I don't have to answer your stupid questions.  And if you keep bothering me I'll have your name put you on a terrorist watch-list."
