"Nah, this could NEVER happen here! Or at least not within a hundred years!" And yet here we are...
For young Americans--or older Americans who don't follow court cases closely!--the first panel above refers to a case in Colorado, "Masterpiece Bakeship." The owner created custom, artistic wedding cakes. A gay couple ordered one, but the owner declined, saying same-sex marriage violated his religious beliefs.
The couple quickly found another bakery, but filed a complaint with the state's "Civil Rights Commission," which found the owner guilty of violating the homosexuals' Constitutional right to the cake of their choice. It's right there in the "pursuit of happiness" clause.
(Hopefully everyone quickly recognized that as satire.)
Anyway, the commission fined the guy about a quarter of a million dollars, put him out of business and forced him into bankruptcy.
The middle panel refers to the 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court that forced same-sex marriage on every state in the union.
The last panel is where we are today, thanks entirely to Democrat policies, with the crucial help of the entire Hollywood/Media complex.
If I had kids, I'd be a lot more concerned. And of course Democrats are ecstatic--they're winning. It's how a Loudoun County (Virginia) school could have a male tranny, using the girls' bathrom, rape a female student, then cover it up, then transfer the rapist to a nearby school without reporting the rape to the cops--only to have the tranny do it again to another student at the new school. And the parents of the victim got nothing but lies from the Democrats ruling the place.
Eh, don't worry. Be happy. Watch TV. Support the gun confiscation proposed by duh preznit, after some unknown person in Nashville did something to some other people. But don't worry--the first person left a "manifesto." The cops have it, so we should learn the reason for the something right about 2038 or so. Cuz the FBI has to have their experts study it for 15 years or so--like they're doing with Hunter Biden's laptop. We'll get the story on that around 2037.
Isn't it great, living in a one-party state? No worries, no controversies, no scandals, no concerns about high officials taking bribes from China.
