Biden regime proposes a RULE forcing all schools to allow males to compete in girls' sports

Anyone who doesn't believe the Democrats are determined to force your kid's school to allow biological males who claim to be female to compete against girls in sports is either ignorant or stupid.

Here's how the Associated communist Press "reported" the story.  See if you can spot all the brazen lies in the AP's pro-Democrat propaganda.

Note the headline describes this as merely a "proposal" instead of a RULE, which it would be.  Cuz calling it what it is--a "RULE"--makes it too obvious what they're doing.

(AP) — Schools and colleges across the U.S. would be forbidden from enacting outright bans on transgender athletes under a proposal released Thursday by the Biden administration, but teams could create some limits in certain cases — for example, to ensure fairness.

"To ensure fairness"?   You must be kidding, because the entire argument by conservatives against males being allowed to compete in girls' sports is that it's clearly, obviously unfair to allow biological males claiming to be female to compete against biological females.  And yet the biden regime has the GALL to brazenly claim they're imposing this RULE because of fairness?  What utter horseshit.
   The AP and Democrats claim it's unfair not to allow "girls" to play on girls' teams.  But that claim only flies if we all accept the lie that males claiming to be female ARE female.

Not one of the state laws proposes banning real girls from playing sports--because tranny males are NOT females.  Not one state law would bar tranny males from playing school sports.  They're perfectly welcome to play school sports, on male teams.  To accept the Democrat/biden/harris claim that trannies are being treated unfairly requires accepting the lie that tranny males are "real" women, which is a lie worthy of Hitler's regime.

The proposed rule sends a political counterpunch toward a wave of Republican-led states that have sought to ban trans athletes from competing in school sports that align with their gender identities. If finalized, the proposal would become enshrined as a provision of Title IX, the landmark gender-equity legislation enacted in 1972.

At least we find one grain of truth by the AP:  forcing all schools to allow males to compete in girls' sports would indeed be a RULE by biden, NOT a law passed by congress.  See, Nancy Pelosi's very first act in Jan of 2021 was to introduce a Democrat bill called "The Equity Act."  It amended Title IX of the Civil Rights Act to add "...or gender identity" to the list of specially-protected classes--originally just women, but later expanded by Democrats to include homosexuals.

So what do you think happened to that proposed LAW, eh?

Democrats from flyover states told Nancy they'd lose their seat if they supported it, so Nancy never even brought it up for a vote.  Which meant the Dems had to switch to Plan B: jam the rule allowing males to compete against girls through by having the biden Dept. of Education make it a RULE--which is where they are now.

If that RULE was challenged in the courts, and somehow the Dems didn't win (as they always win, eh?), they'd try Plan C: jamming it through by a Supreme Court ruling, as they did with "same-sex marriage."

In the highly unlikely case that the SC wouldn't let them do that, the Democrats would switch to Plan D: jamming it through by Executive Order.  Of course that would make it more obvious to voters that the Democrat party was jamming this down the throats of Americans, so the Dems hoped Plans B or C would work.

The proposal comes on the same day that the Supreme Court said a 12-year-old transgender *girl* in West Virginia can continue competing on *her* middle school track and cross-country teams while legal battles over the state’s transgender law continue. The law bans *transgender athletes* from female teams.>>

The AP's "stylebook"--used by most papers--requires all stories about males claiming to be female to refer to the male as if he was female.  The person the AP calls a "transgender girl" is, of course, actually a male claiming to be female.  But by repeatedly hiding that, by calling the male a "girl" and "her," uncritical readers pick up on the idea that it's jus' AWFUL dat dis po' GIRL isn't allowed to play girls' sports, eh?  That's intentional.  And the last phrase claiming the state laws ban "transgender athletes" from female teams is a cunning mislead: girls claiming to be male are welcome to play on girls' teams.  What the laws ban is *males* on girls' teams.  Hell of a difference, eh?  But the AP's deliberate, cunning misuse of language leads the casual reader to see "unfairness."

Under the Education Department’s proposed rule no school or college receiving federal funding would be allowed to impose a “one-size-fits-all” policy that categorically bans trans students from playing on sports teams consistent with their gender identity. Such policies would be considered a violation of Title IX.

“Every student should be able to have the full experience of attending school in America, including participating in athletics, free from discrimination,” said Biden’s education secretary.

"Discrimination" is a flag-word, designed to make readers respond emotionally.  But there's no discrimination here:  As noted earlier, both males and females are perfectly free to play school sports.

The biden regime’s repeated claim to be pushing this RULE to promote “fairness” is an abomination.  It inverts the truth.  It's jaw-dropping in its audacity.  But utterly predictable.
