Thousands of bald eagles and golden eagles killed every year by wind turbines? Dems rule it's "irrelevant"
And speaking of corrupt government bureaucrats: The biden regime is backing a company about to install up to 400, 740-foot-tall wind turbines in Idaho. Wind turbines kill tens of thousands of birds every year--including bald eagles and golden eagles.
Last time I looked, bald eagles and golden eagles were still on the endangered-species list. If you kill one, you go to jail.
Well, unless you're a protected friend of the biden regime, like the owners of wind turbines. See, when a sacred wind turbine kills a bald eagle, that's different. And as noted above, wind turbines kill thousands of birds every year. But as just noted, that's different than if you were to kill one.
Seriously. Unelected but politically-subservient-to-Democrats lackeys at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife "Service" have DECREED that bald eagles and golden eagles killed by wind turbines are merely...wait for it..."incidental takings"--unintentional losses due to otherwise lawful activities. So the government will NOT consider bird killings when making permitting decisions. The bird deaths are considered irrelevant.
See, some deaths are acceptable, if they occur when achieving something the Democrats want. See, Dems used to be very pro-endangered-species, but when it comes to killing our economy, endangered species are merely "incidental takings." Sounds very diplomatic.
