Virginia state rep says she'll introduce bill to make it a crime for parents to "fail to affirm child's transition"

If you're not very "politically aware" you probably think Democrats are pretty much like you.

That would be...a mistake.

By all evidence almost no Democrats share your views.  Instead they support "open borders," forced vaccinations of your 2-year-old with an untested, ineffective non-vaccine, defunding police; letting known muggers, drug dealers, wife-beaters and similar out of jail immediately after arrest without making them post bail; teaching your kids that America is raaacist and your kids owe reparations for something none of them ever did; and letting teachers encourage your kids to "change genders" without telling the kid's parents.

And now the latest outrage:  Democrat lawmakers in Virginia plan to introduce a bill to charge parents with a crime if they don't "affirm their kid's 'gender transition'."  

Seriously, they're doing this.

A Virginia Democrat lawmaker, Elizabeth Guzman, says she plans to introduce a bill to making it a crime for parents to "fail to affirm their child's desire to "change gender."

The bill would require teachers and social workers to report parents to Child Protective Services if the snowflake tranny kid whines that its parents weren't totally in favor of changing genders.  CPS would then charge parents with a crime.

Guzman told reporters that "It could be a felony" but that in any case "the CPS charge could harm your employment, because many employers do a CPS database search before hiring."

Two years ago Guzman introduced a similar bill after Democrats took control of the state legislature in 2019.  That bill redefined the term "abused or neglected child" to include one whose parent "inflicts, threatens to create or inflict, or allows to be created or inflicted upon such child a physical or mental injury on the basis of the child's gender identity or sexual orientation."

The bill failed in the state senate.
