Remember how biden asked his good friends the Saudis to increase oil production? How's that working out?

After Porridgebrain killed the U.S. future oil business, and the already-under-construction Keystone-XL pipeline on his first day in office, and then DECREED an embargo of Russian oil, world oil markets were suddenly short. Following the laws of Supply and Demand, the price of oil soared, and gasoline followed. So Porridge went to Saudi Arabia to ask ’em to boost production.
….The Saudis agreed to increase production by 100,000 barrels per day—-and the Lying Mainstream Media swooned that biden was SUCH a strong, masterful leader, and America was so lucky to have him! If you’re skeptical look at the newz stories the day this “masterful deal” was announced.
….But to anyone who knows jack about world oil markets, the Saudi agreement to “boost production” by 100,000 barrels per day was actually a “Fuck You” to biden–because every DAY the world consumes how much oil? Take a guess. Most people have no idea, and if you get within 20% you’re well-informed. So how much? And do ya think the promised 100,000 bpd increase was five percent of daily world consumption? Three percent? One percent? Guess. And how much effect do ya think a one percent increase in daily supply would have on prices, eh?

Answers: The world uses 88 million barrels of oil every DAY. So a boost of 100,000 barrels per day is barely over one-tenth of one percent. So the Saudi pledge to boost production would have no measurable effect at ALL on the price of oil.
….Of course the Hahvahd-educated Americans who comprise American “elites” (like the ridiculous former editor of the Hahvahd Law Review, Hussein Obozo, who never wrote a single article for it) immediately realized that Porridgebrain’s much-praised, eagerly-reported Saudi trip didn’t to squat for prices, so their broadcasts and editorials gave it the sneering treatment it deserved.
….Oh wait, everyone’s forgotten but every story the Lying Media wrote praised biden to the moon. Why? Cuz in most endeavors 100,000 is a big number. But because the world uses 88 million barrels per day it’s a NOTHING.
….Hell, even biden’s communist handlers realized 100,000 barrels per day wouldn’t move the needle on prices, which is why at the end of last November they told biden to order the sale of a MILLION BARRELS OF AMERICAN OIL PER DAY to OTHER COUNTRIES, from our “Strategic Petroleum Reserve.” That oil was sold to Europe and even CHINA, to keep prices down, and biden says his regime will continue to sell a million barrels a day from OUR strategic reserve until the end of October.
….So you can see, if the biden regime is selling a million barrels of oil per day–essentially increasing “production”–the pledge biden got from the Saudis was a nothing–a “fuck you.”

The funny topper here is that Saudi-led OPEC (Organization of Petroleum-Exporting Countries) just voted to STOP the production increase at the end of this month!  So a "nothing" boost is now back to pre-boost levels.  Thanks, Democrats!

….I’d ask y’all if you’re starting to realize how cruelly you’re being played by the Democrats, but most of you don’t realize a thing...at least not yet.  And of course Democrats and liberals will never admit that the steal has essentially killed the once-greatest nation on earth.  But I’m hoping a few million Independent voters will wake up.
….Really a tragedy. Glad I don’t have kids.

By the way: The stated excuse for the original announcement from the White House to start selling a million barrels of our oil per day was “American consumers are feeling the impact of elevated gas prices at the pump and in their home heating bills, and American businesses are, too, because oil supply has not kept up with demand as the global economy emerges from the pandemic.” But then in March of this year the excuse shifted to “the war in Ukraine.” But the original order for the sale–months before the Russian invasion–showed tha real reason: biden’s handlers wanted to flood the world market to force prices down.
….Given that goal, the *stated* excuse for why prices were much higher than before Porridge took office didn’t matter. They could have blamed sunspots, or a mild winter, or a harsh winter, or OPEC, or Martians, and no matter what the excuse, the Lying Mainstream Media would nod and cheer and never ask questions harder than “How much of a threat ARE Trump voters?”
