Democrats: "Global Warming will cause lots of really strong hurricanes this season!" Reality: Uhh...

If you've paid attention you know that one of the most frightening predictions by the Global Warmies has been that Globull Worming would cause more and stronger hurricanes.

Sure enough, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) claims the temperature of the mid-Atlantic ocean is WAY above average and that this would cause LOTS of strong, deadly hurricanes this season.

NOAA "experts" said their scary forecast was based on several climate factors, including "the ongoing La Niña," warmer-than-average sea surface temperatures in the Atlantic and Caribbean, weaker tropical Atlantic trade winds and hurricane-strengthening zeta rays from the 8th dimension.

If that didn't convince you, they added "The way in which climate change impacts the strength and frequency of tropical cyclones is a continuous area of study for NOAA scientists.”

Yeah, well.... While we still have weeks to go before the end of the normal hurricane season, so far this season has had the fewest hurricanes in 25 years.

Again, we still have weeks to go before the season is over, but I wanted to mention this now in case I forget it later: The "experts" were supremely confident that all their indicators pointed to a horrible, scary, awful, totally destructive year for hurricanes.  And we know that's what they all WANT, since that's what will allow the Democrats to tax you another trillion dollars and order more low-cost, reliable thermal powerplants closed, to be replaced by those eagle-friendly, reliable windmills, eh?

IF we don't get a killer hurricane this season, wonder if any so-called "reporters" will ask NOAA's experts to explain why they were wrong, eh?

One thing you can count on: the "experts" at NOAA will never voluntarily admit that their scary forecast didn't pan out.  Instead they'll claim Global Warming is just as much of a threat as ever.  Cuz that's the threat that keeps their top people pulling in $200,000 salaries for scaring voters into supporting Democrat Warmies.
