School official: "Here's what to say if some parent asks if CRT is being taught to kids"
Hey deplorable, did you get all crazy when you heard that public schools in Virginia were teaching kids something called "Critical Race Theory"? The Media says a lot of Virginia parents did, which is almost certainly why the brilliant, talented, TOTALLY not corrupt Democrat (Terry McAuliffe) lost by a tiny margin.
But guess what, deplorables? CRT is NOT being taught in any public school. Not a single one. And we know that because...school administrators say so.
For example, take a look at thie email from a school official in Indianapolis to "principals" telling them how to respond "in the event a member of your school community [asks] about the use of Critical Race Theory in your school." And the attached document (2nd pic) instructs the principals on the proper answer, which is "NO."
Just one question: If Indiana schools were NOT teaching CRT, why would any rational adult think it necessary to tell principals how to answer that question, eh?
Also, replying that "CRT is not curriculum..." sounds suspiciously like a quibble--like they're teaching CRT but just not calling it that.
Of course I'm probably just too cynical. After all, the Teaching Establishment has always been totally honest and transparent in all prior dealings with parents, right?
