Over 1.7 million illegal-alien invaders have entered the U.S. so far this year, thanks to biden and the Dems' open-border policy.

Trump had directed federal agents to enforce valid U.S. laws on immigration. The Dems hated that, but before last year's presidential election Biden tried to appear moderate, saying he couldn't end Trump's immigration enforcement policies "right away."

Of course the minute he was installed, he proceeded to end the enforcement of U.S. immigration law right away.

Amazingly, entering the U.S. illegally is NOT a jailable offense.  Instead the only "penalty" is deportation.  But by law, being caught entering illegally a *second* time is supposed to land the alien in jail.  But even while Trump was in office, leftist federal judges simply refused to enforce valid U.S. law, and refused to jail repeat offenders.

The result of this failure was utterly predictable: if illegal-alien invaders don’t succeed the first time, they keep trying: A quarter of the invaders captured in September had previously been deported.  Because biden--contra to federal law--has ordered federal agents not to charge aliens who are caught on the second or third or seventh illegal entry.

Wow, who coulda' predicted *that,* eh?

The biden regime also hugely upped the incentive to illegally enter the U.S. when the ACLU revealed that the administration is in negotiations to pay illegal-alien "families" who were separated from the minors travelling with them $450,000 per person, even though the separation was forced by a court order and the aliens broke U.S. law when they entered the U.S. illegally in the first place.

If that strikes you as insane, join the club.

If aliens weren't sure about join one of the "caravans" of other invaders, the promise of million dollar payouts from U.S. taxpayers likely persuaded another million or so.  And this at a time while Americans can’t afford to buy a home, put gas in their cars, or food on their plates.

During Trump's entire time in office, Dem-ruled cities and state declared themselves "sanctuary cities" and states, barring their cops from cooperating with ICE by not turning over aliens arrested for some state crime--like rape, murder or selling heroin.  Now the Biden administration is turning the whole country into a sanctuary state, by ordering *federal agents* to stop arresting illegal aliens.  

Of course no American believes this.  It's just too outlandish to be true.  But Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden's DHS chief, has indeed ordered guidelines for what he calls "protected areas," where illegals can't be arrested.

There is no law defining "protected areas” or laying out the process needed to give an area that designation.  Mayorkas simply invented the rules out of thin air.

Mayorkas has DECREED that illegal aliens can’t be arrested at any kind of school or college, or at any kind of medical facility, or at any kind of religious "area" (WTF?) or playground, or at a school bus stop or community organization, or “anyplace where children gather,” or "at any sort of protest zone."  (Definition?  Yeah, didn't think so.)

And the asshole's DECREE (described by the Media as simply "guidance") says those aren't the only "protected areas," but he won't list others.  They're just included in the phrase "including but not limited to."

Oh, and arrests can’t be made "in the general vicinity" of any of the above, either.

If you're slow-witted, this is a clear signal to all federal agents that they are forbidden to arrest illegal aliens *for anything.*  Mayorkas and the Democrats just didn't want to issue a DECREE saying that, cuz they don't want to anger rational voters more than absolutely necessary.  Cuz that would mean the Dems would have to work harder to steal future elections.

This comes after Biden and Mayorkas had already barred ICE from conducting raids on companies known to have illegal-alien employees.

Mayorkas’ also forbids arrests at any place where people “receive or engage in essential services or activities”--a term that could be used to cover nearly everyplace.

Again, for the slow-witted, the purpose of all this was to make it impossible to arrest illegal aliens.

In classic communist style Mayorkas makes the DECREE vague, writing “To the fullest extent possible, we should not take the enforcement action near the protected area. There is no bright-line definition of what constitutes ‘near’.”

Beyond arrests, the Biden sanctuary guidelines also rule out, “searches, inspections, seizures, service of charging documents or subpoenas, interviews, and immigration enforcement surveillance”. That means ICE can’t even monitor illegal aliens in a sanctuary zone or serve papers for immigration violations even without any intention of arresting the illegal alien.

The Biden administration has claimed that it doesn’t want open borders and that it’s not responsible for the massive surge of illegal aliens flooding the country, and yet it’s doing everything it can to make it impossible for law enforcement to enforce the law.

In 2007, Biden claimed that he opposed sanctuary cities.  But by the 2020 election he was defending the idea of sanctuary cities, and arguing that illegal alien criminals shouldn't be turned over to immigration authorities.

Biden's spokesman claimed that the Trump administration's "crackdown on sanctuary cities" was "contrary to our values as a nation".

Now he’s using federal authority to impose sanctuary states and cities across America. Democrats and their judges have created a state of tyrannical lawlessness on immigration. When a Democrat is president, Dem judges DECREE that states don’t have the right to engage in immigration enforcement, but when a Republican is president the same liberal judges argue that states have the right to defy federal immigration law.

The only consistent theme here is that any government, federal or state, has the right to protect illegal aliens from deportation, but has no right to detain and deport the mobs of illegal aliens.

Last week, a drunk illegal alien crashed his car into another that was stopped at a red light, killing a 5-year-old girl.  She didn't have to die.  Neither did any of the other American children being killed by illegal aliens every year.

After opening the border and offering $450,000 payoffs to illegal alien invaders, putting them on midnight flights and secretly distributing them across the country, Biden is tying the hands of law enforcement to protect the massive numbers of illegal aliens from being detained and deported.

The invasion is real. And it’s coming from inside the White House.
