American Airlines cancels 1,600 flights, blames "blustery conditions in Texas." Really?

A couple of weeks ago Southwest was forced to cancel 1400 flights because pilots and cabin crew called in sick to protest the airline's abysmally dumb policy of "vax or be fired."  The CEO and VPs blamed weather, "military operations" and air traffic control problems, but oddly no other airline had such problems.

In other words, the cover story was complete, utter bullshit--as any pilot immediately recognized.

Over the last two days some mysterious problem caused American Airlines to cancel 1,600 flights.  Trying to prove that CEO's really are dumb moneygrubbers who refuse to learn from other CEO mistakes, the airline claimed the problem was "blustery conditions in Texas."

Amazingly, no other airline reported any problems with wind gusts in the state.  Here's a look at weather radar:

When companies or government officials lie this brazenly, it insults me.  And you should feel the same way.  Hopefully more Americans will reach the point of not believing a single word any of 'em utters.
Can't come too soon.  Get woke, go broke, and I'll cheer all the way.
