Thug attacks 64-year-old without warning. Victim loses an eye. Sentenced by female judge to...wait, what?
A 26-year Las Vegas man, Nathaniel Graves, brutally attacked a 64-year-old on a public bus last year. The attack--which was captured on the bus security camera--destroyed the victim's right eye.
But fortunately we live in a nation where there are laws against beating elderly people on buses--viciously enough to cause the victim to lose an eye--so the attacker was caught. He pleaded guilty.
Judge Kathleen Delaney then handed the thug to a sentence that's sure to make him think twice about beating other elderly people: five years’ probation.
And of course by "make him think twice" I mean the next time he beats an elderly person he'll think what a dumbshit that judge was to sentence him to essentially nothing.
Y'know, it's almost like we have two sets of laws in this country.
