"You have freedom of religion, citizen...well, unless a person from a "protected class" demands that you make...
Hey liberals and Democrats, does this seem reasonable to you? Logical? Even remotely fair?
Does a ruling like this strike you as even REMOTELY supported by U.S. law?
If you said "This doesn't seem fair or reasonable," I totally agree. (Residents of Gaza and U.S. leftists may well agree with the judge's ruling. Certainly the Squad would.)
So if you find the above ruling unconscionable, how do you feel about the Christian baker in Colorado who declined to make a custom cake to "celebrate the transition" of a tranny?
"Wait, that's OLD NEWS, deplorable! Didn't this happen, like, five years ago?"
It's true that the same baker was indeed sued NINE YEARS AGO, but that was a different case. He's now being sued by a different scumbag, who deliberately set this up to force the baker to submit or be driven out of business.
The first problem here is a so-called "human rights commission," which uses public funds to pay Karens to persecute people who refuse to embrace LGBTPURYTNE ideals. The weapon used by these well-paid Karens is a law called the "Colorado Anti-discrimination Act." It was passed because of huge pressure from leftists, aided by the fact that many legislators aren't too bright, and believe what some elite leftist TELLS the lawmaker a bill being considered will do, instead of reading the law and realizing what it actually WILL do.
The person who filed this new lawsuit is a tranny lawyer, and the guy told the baker that if the baker won, the tranny would sue him again the very next day. See, it's a power thing with the tranny. Anyone who refuses to submit and kiss the ring must be crushed.
As an aside, the same tranny lawyer also asked the baker if he baked "religious cakes." Baker said yes, and lawyer said "Okay, I want a religious cake." Baker: "What do you want it to look like?"
Tranny lawyer: "Satan...smoking a joint." Baker: "Nope."
But that's for another day, another lawsuit. For now, Denver judge A. Bruce Jones wrote a 28-page decision ruling for the tranny lawyer.
So...leftists and Democrats: Go back to the top. Tell me again why the first case--"I demand that you, Mr. Jewish Baker, bake me a cake saying 'Death to Israel'--is an unconscionable infringement on the baker's core religious beliefs, but the Christian baker isn't allowed the same right.
[And yes, the first case is satire. But how long before it's reality?]\
