Interesting video of Biden holding flash-cards as he's about to address the G-7

There's a video of Biden at the G7 meeting, at the podium, getting ready to make a speech.  The vid starts with wide shot, clearly showing it's Biden.  He's hold printed note cards.  Then the cameral zooms in on the cards--which show anti-Trump talking points.

There are no detectable cuts in the clip.  But predictably, a few Democrats are saying it's a fake.  Watch the vid here and decide for yourself.
