Arizona mass shooter caught, and amazingly...

Two days ago in a Phoenix suburb a man went on a shooting spree, shooting a dozen people at random and killing one.  Astonishingly, local media published his pic.  Guy is reported to be 19 years old???  Wow.

Interestingly a commenter on the local TV station's page said he'd gone to high school with the guy, and he'd been raping and shooting then but getting away with it every time.  Sounds SO familiar.  Can't hold a protected class accountable when under 29 or so.
