"Everyone eligible for our company's faaabulous intern program! Well, except white males, of course

A male--Nicholas--heard that investment giant Morgan Stanley had a summer intern program.  Being a smart striver, he wrote the company to find out more about the program.  Below is the company's reply:

 

Love the exclamation points, eh?  Gives you that enthusiastic, warm fuzzy feeling, right?

Note that the only people Morgan Stanley will allow in their program are blacks, hispanics, native American and LGBTQ.  Oh, wait...members of one other group are also allowed: females, apparently of any race, and possibly even straight females.

Wow, how deft was that?  It would have been easier to just say "Straight white males will not be allowed in this program," eh?  But that would have been too obvious, too in-your-face.  Far more cunning to phrase it the way Olivia did. 

The assholes who set the rules for this program would have been far more clever if they hadn't overtly stated white men weren't allowed.  They could have allowed one token white, and no one would have been the wiser.  So why didn't they?

You already know the answer: Explicitly excluding straight white males allowed the company to signal their great virtue to their peers--and more important, to the biden*harris regime.  Gotta show your company is totes on-board with regime policies if you expect a billion dollars from that obscene $4-Trillion "infrastructure" bill.

Wait, did I hear someone say "Infrastructure is bridges and highways, not Wall Street thieves like Morgan Stanley.  How can they get taxpayer dollars from the Infrastructure Bill?"

I see you haven't read the bill:  Democrats are calling *child care companies* and "community organizing" "critical infrastructure."  And they have the votes to pass anything they want--if they can get rid of the filibuster.
