Virginia teacher fired for saying something forbidden

In Loudoun county, Virginia--next to D.C.--the school board fired a teacher.

Why did the school system fire him?  Was he molesting students?  Selling drugs on the side?  A machete-executioner for MS-13, maybe?

Nope, he was fired for saying something that the school board decreed that he couldn't say.

So what did he say, huh?  That the Democrats stole the election?  That bakers should have the right to refuse to make artistic cakes for gay weddings?  That the U.S. should deport illegal aliens?  That the FBI should investigate bribes paid to Hunter Biden?  That (gasp!!) ALL lives matter?

Nope, he was fired for saying...are you ready?...“a biological boy can’t be a girl and vice versa.”

He said he disagreed with the school system's new "transgender-affirming policies," which forced teachers and staff to call students by whatever pronouns the student wanted, and to allow students to play sports according to their self-proclaimed gender identity instead of their biological sex.

If you don't pay much attention to distant court rulings or the arcane language ("bafflegab") of misnamed bills like "the For the People Act," allow me to say:  We warned you.  We warned you that when a ludicrously-misnamed "human rights commission" in Colorado sued a baker/artist for declining to make a custom cake for a gay wedding, they'd eventually get around to cancelling you too.

When a court in Ohio allowed a public school to get a trans doc to give sex hormones to a young student despite the parents' objections, we warned that they'd eventually get around to you.

When a Democrat-dominated EEOC ruled that employers could not ask potential hires if they'd been convicted of a felony, we warned you that if you owned a business, they'd eventually force that decision on you too.

Canada and the U.K. are both considered civilized nations with a good legal tradition, but courts in both have fined and jailed people for making posts simply pointing out truths about certain groups.  Of course you didn't care because you're an American, but we warned ya.  And sure enough, the "human rights commission" in NYC has passed a "city ordinance" that will fine a business for not using a person's preferred pronouns.  And if you don't think the Democrats will be delighted to make that a federal law, you're dreaming.
