Fed "employment commission" RULES that companies can force employees to take the vax to return to in-person work
A handful of bloggers have been warning you that the harris*biden regime--backed by the Mainstream Media--will soon be forcing everyone to get the risky, "emergency-use-authorization," high-side-effects vaccine for the Chinese virus.
Of course you didn't believe that, because forcing you to take the vax would so utterly violate the most basic premises of our Constitution.
But of course the Dems, with the help of Dem judges, have totally shredded the Constitution, ever since emperor Obozo got away with forcing Americans to buy health insurance or pay a fine--something the Constitution doesn't give the government the power to do. But he got away with it because John Roberts cunningly ruled that the "mandate" was NOT a fine but was actually a "tax"--which the Constitution explicitly allows, with little restriction.
Roberts breezily ignored the fact that Obozo's own Justice Department repeatedly claimed the "mandate" was NOT a tax. Roberts disregarded that claim in order to find Obamacare legal.
So it is with the vaccine: The Dem regime itself didn't explicitly force you to get the jab, but merely asked the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to issue a new rule--issued yesterday--Friday--a classic Friday "news dump" just before the long Memorial Day weekend, so the Media can ignore it by Tuesday.
Let that sink in for a minute: If you have a job you like, the regime itself is NOT forcing you to take the shot. No no no no, citizen! And the regime isn't forcing all companies to force you to take it. They merely RULED that it will be legal for employers to REQUIRE that employees take the shot if they want to come back to work in person.
See, citizen? Not the same thing at all! And anyone who claims the regime is forcing anyone to take the shot is spreading MISINFORMATION!!!
My Dem friends still don't get it: I can hear my liberal sister bleating that this is CLEARLY totally constitutional because it does NOT force everyone...et cetera. But think about it: Big companies have totally thrown in with the regime, and know that with the ruling in place, allowing people to come back to work without being vaccinated will invite an instant class-action lawsuit ("violation of OSHA rules that demand a safe workplace"), which the company would lose. No company will take that risk, and because of the ruling, employees can't sue a company for requiring that they take the vax.
Clever, eh? And of course the corrupt Supreme Court will rule that the EEOC rule is totally fine.
