Xi-dim* executive order forces all taxpayers to pay San Francisco for housing junkies in hotels

One of the hallmarks that reveal when a president* or congress is doing something they know voters won't like is that they craft laws and "executive orders" with language that hides the most thieving, ghastly provisions of same.  The rat-bastards hide widely unpopular provisions either by burying them in 2000 pages of camouflage, or by using language deliberately chosen to hide the real effect, or by using language referring to a different law or EO that will take you over an hour to find.

This tactic is also used by dictators and socialists when deciding what title to give a bill or EO.  The crooks know that when the average voter sees a phrase or word that doesn't seem to make sense, the voter almost never takes the time to FIND what the phrase means.  For example, the line below is the actual title of an executive order signed by Biden* the day after he was sworn in.  Read it:

Memorandum to Extend Federal Support to Governors’ Use of the National Guard to Respond to COVID-19 and to Increase Reimbursement and Other Assistance Provided to States

Now, would you ever guess from that title that the order that followed would force taxpayers in all states to pay San Francisco millions of dollars per month to house junkies in five-star hotels?  Probably not.  Cuz "extend federal support to use of National Guard to respond to [chinese virus]" doesn't ring any alarm bells, eh?

But wait...could there be something buried in that phrase "...and other assistance provided to states"?

Hmm...could be.  Take a look and see if you see anything like forcing all taxpayers to pay San Francisco to house junkies in luxury hotels:

Sec. 3.  Assistance for "Category B Emergency Protective Measures."

Of course not a single voter knows what the hell "Category B Emergency Protective Measures are.  And to find out you have to open a safe that's buried under 2000 feet of lava on the planet Venus.

(a)  In accordance with sections 403 (42 U.S.C. 5170b) and 502 (42 U.S.C. 5192) of the Stafford Act, FEMA shall, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, make available under Category B of the Public Assistance program such assistance as may be required by States (including territories and the District of Columbia), local governments, and Tribal governments to provide for the safe opening and operation of eligible schools, child-care facilities, healthcare facilities, non-congregate shelters, domestic violence shelters, transit systems, and other eligible applicants.  Such assistance may include funding for the provision of personal protective equipment and disinfecting services and supplies.

(b)  FEMA shall make assistance under this section available at a 100 percent Federal cost share until September 30, 2021.

Sec. 4.  Advanced Reimbursement.  To make reimbursements for approved work under the Stafford Act to respond to COVID-19 available more quickly, FEMA shall expedite reimbursement for eligible emergency work projects and, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, provide an advance of the Federal share on a percentage of the expected reimbursement from FEMA-approved projects.

Didja see the billions that Xi-Dim and his merry thieves just grabbed outa your pocket?  (Or since the federal gruberment always spends more than it takes in in taxes, billions borrowed from China.)

If you didn't catch the steal, don't feel bad, cuz you're being fleeced by pro's, via language crafted by the most cunningly professional word-twisters in the world--the same rat-bastards who stole both the presidential election and the two Georgia senate runoff elections that gave the Dims total control of the gruberment.

So below I've copied the 'grafs above, this time highlighting the words that pull off the theft:

"Shall" means a big club is about to fall on you and your bank account.

This is the "who get da money?" line.  Answer is not just states, but also cities and tribal governments.  And just which cities and states, comrade?  You already know:  states and cities ruled by...Dimocraps. 

And what's this "...such assistance as may be required by states [etc]"?  What criteria are provided to determine what's "required" and what other demands are total bullshit, graft, corruption, Dimocrap giveaways to favored croneys, et cetera?  Why, I don't see any criteria.  Do you?  

Nah, didn't thinks so.  Which means the total demands a state or city may make--claiming that assistance is absolutely, totally required--are limited only by the conscience of their Dimocrap rulers.  Which is to say, there aren't any limits.

Wait, I hear my Dimocrap friend saying "You're lying!!!  Cuz in the very same 'graf it says...

Gosh, citizen, thanks for pointing out those key words!  Cuz my headline was only looking at the cost of "operating" "non-congregate shelters."  Which means what, your lordship?

Of course as every good Democrat voter knows, this term means...hotels and motels.  Sure, you knew that, right?  There's the blank check for San Francisco.  But the actual language of Xi-Dim's ORDER was far broader, encompassing the federal government paying the cost of operating schools, child-care facilities and...transit systems??  Good Lord, those costs would total tens of billions!  And paid 100 percent by "Federal cost share"--meaning from the fed budget, meaning all your tax dollars.

But there's one more clever theft:  Xi-Dim orders "FEMA" (i.e. the federal gruberment) to pay San Francisco BEFORE the city has paid anything out for operating...hotels, motels, schools, transit systems and child-care facilities.  Of course you can't believe any responsible, non-senile politician would willingly put taxpayers on the hook for paying BEFORE costs were incurred, eh?  But remember who we're dealing with here:  a guy who totally loses his train of thought a dozen times a week, and who has picked the nastiest, most dishonest socialists on the planet for his cabinet and advisors. So....
