Conservatives:  "HUNDREDS of poll workers and poll watchers have given sworn affidavits saying they saw vote fraud in dozens of states."

Democrats:  "They all lied.  

Conservatives:  "How can you possibly claim that, since you haven't interviewed them all?  In fact you haven't interviewed even ONE!  There's been NO investigation of their hundreds of claims at all!"

Democrats:  "Doesn't matter.  We can say that and our media allies back us up, and everyone except you stupid Rethulicans believes the mainstream media!  Besides, even if a few were telling the truth, it wouldn't be enough votes to change the results!  Da peepl have spoken!  Da will of da peepl cannot be overturned!

Conservatives:  "Um...how do you know the fraudulent votes wouldn't change the results?"

Democrats:  "Elections are the foundation of our democracy!  Anyone who questions the integrity of our sacred elections, or disputes the results, is undermining our nation!  You Rethuglicans are trying to destroy the thing that makes this country great:  The fact that our elections are always honest!"

Conservatives:  "Uh, didn't Hilliary scream that Trump had colluded with RUSSIA to steal the election from her?  Not only didn't you people object to that, your media allies pushed that for three years without a shred of evidence.  But suddenly NOW you say anyone who claims vote fraud is...how did you put it?  Oh yeah: 'Undermining our nation.'  Uh-huh."

Democrats:  "But this is different!  Trump is Hitler!  A raaaaacist!  So this is DIFFERENT!"

Conservatives:  "Ah, so you Democrats are fine with election fraud as long as it helps your guy win?"

Democrats:  "NO, we didn't say that!  All we said was that even if there were a few TOTALLY accidental incidents where vote totals were changed, or where a few confused old people voted twice, you stupid Rethuglicans should cheerfully accept those...um...inadvertent errors, since that can't possibly change the results...of the will of da peepl!"

Conservatives:  "If you claim there was no fraud, just a few...how did you put it?  Oh, yeah: inadvertent errors, why are you trying so hard to block honest investigation?"

Democrats:  "We're not.  We don't have to, cuz honest, fair, impartial judges will do that for us.  Cuz we Democrats are all about da Rule of Law, see?  We believe no one is above the law!  That's why we know fair, impartial, honest judges will dismiss all challenges to da will of da peepl.  No need to investigate!
