Now for something a bit lighter
As Americans contemplate the massive vote-reporting fraud that purportedly put Harris and Slow Joe in command of this country, I thought my college student readers might enjoy something lighter.
If you're a 19-year-old American, you don't know about a notorious event that happened WAY back in 2016 that resulted in the publication of about 10,000 emails to and from Hilliary's main advisor--a man who was also running the Democrat National Committee. That's a VERY powerful post.
You don't know about this because you were 15 way back then, and the last thing you were interested in was politics.
The guy was John Podesta, and he's evil personified. But it's an article of faith in the Lying Mainstream Media that since he was Hilliary's main strategist and advisor, and head of the DNC, he must be really REALLY smart, right? Cuz if it leaked that he was gullible, a dumb-ass, what would that say about Hilliary and the committee that totally chooses which Democrat candidates to back for races?
So...you may have heard about an outfit called "Wikileaks." It published leaked emails that showed political corruption or screwups, and for several years the Media absolutely LOVED Wikileaks--until Wikileaks began putting the 10,000 Podesta emails on-line, a few hundred per day. When those showed that the DNC was totally corrupt, and was conspiring to steal the Dem nomination from Bernie Sanders, the Media suddenly became VERY angry with Wikileaks. Hmm...
Podesta quickly came up with a way to turn what was looking like disaster to the Dems' advantage: He and his Dem allies told their media friends that the emails were fakes--a nasty plot by Republicans to make the Dems look bad.
But the emails contained routing data that fakers couldn't have known how to fake. But never fear--Podesta simply switched to a new Narrative: The emails had been STOLEN! So regardless of what they contained, you shouldn't pay attention to the contents, cuz...the emails had been STOLEN, right?
So who did Podesta claim stole 'em, and how?
Ah, well...it wasn't necessary to actually know, cuz the real story was that they were STOLEN, right? But Podesta offered two possible theories: One was that the Republicans had "hacked" into the DNC computer. The other was just as sinister: That the hack was done by...the Russians!!!
The Lying Mainstream Media loved it! For one thing, it fit so perfectly with the emerging hoax that the Republican nominee was colluding with Russia! Russia! Russia! to steal the election from the wonderful Hilliary. Either way, the Democrats came out as the injured party...and the damning content of the thousands of emails was conveniently ignored--overshadowed by the new Narrative.
One small problem with that Narrative: One of the emails Wiki published showed that on March 19th of 2016, the supposedly brilliant John Podesta--the guy who was actually running Hilliary's campaign and the DNC--fell for what anyone with an IQ over room temperature would quickly recognize as an obvious email scam: "This is Goooogle. Someone in da Ukraine just used your password to access your account! You need to change your password immediately!!! Just go to this URL and we'll help you do that. Won't take long at all!"
Seriously. Below is the email, as published by Wikileaks:
And as you surely guessed, the first step to change your Google password was...wait for it..."Type your existing password." But of course Podesta was too smaht to fall for that!
Just kidding. He fell for it, and the scammers downloaded every email in his account. But with the help of a corrupt, lying, Democrat-loving media, he and the Dems were able to totally change the Narrative to "We wuz HACKED, prolly by Trump, or maybe by Russia Russia Russia!"
But wait...wouldn't it be easy for computer experts to examine the DNC computer and see if it had, in fact, been hacked?
Why yes, yes it would. Which is exactly what Podesta and the DNC aske the FBI to do.
Just kidding. They refused to let the FBI examine their server. Instead a Democrat-loving 3rd party supposedly examined it and said...the Russians TRIED to hack it. Only one media outlet was smart enough to ask the followup question: Did the hackers succeed, and if so, what did they download?
The mumbled answer was, they failed, and downloaded nothing. But none of the major media outlets published that part, so the fake Narrative stands to this day.
If you're a top Democrat, you can re-write anything you don't like.
