California passes law demanding sexual minorities on all corporate boards

At one time this was a free country, but Democrat-ruled legislatures and Dem governors continue to pass laws that amount to dictating every aspect of how businesses must be run.

In the latest example, California's totally Democrat-ruled legislature passed a bill ordering corporations to appoint "racial or sexual minorities" to their board of directors.

California's Democrat governor--Nancy Pelosi's nephew, Gavin Newsome--signed that bill into law yesterday. 

The Supreme Court ruled that imposing quotas--racial, sexual preference or whatever--was illegal.  But Cali liberals are doing it again.  Cuz they only obey laws they like.
