Seattle demands that white city employees (only) apologize for being white

Tucker Carlson poses an interesting thought experiment:  Imagine if a very conservative city--one whose residents voted 60% for Trump--demanded that the city's black employees--and ONLY black employees--attend "race awareness training" that instructed them that they should be ashamed of their race, and take many steps to apologize for it.

Clearly this would be outrageous, and those who demanded it would be prosecuted for demanding it.

But in ultra-left Seattle--a city that voted for Hilliary by a whopping 87 percent--the Dem-ruled city government demanded that white city employees undergo training that demanded that they...well, take a look at the video.  (Starts at 0:14 seconds)
