Have you heard that Texas has had a HUGE spike in virus deaths? HUGE, we say! Wait...

OMG, citizen, did you hear that the death rates from the mysterious virus--which the Mainstream Media talking heads assure us was NOT developed or modified by the Chinese, and probably didn't even come from China!--are SPIKING inTexas ??

And of course the Mainstream Media rushed to tell you that the reason is that da stupid, science-denying Rethuglican governor of that state lifted the very, very prudent lockdown WAY too early!

See, if only da stupid Rethuglicans would listen to da experts and keep everyone locked in their homes until, say, November 5th or so, everything would be just peachy!   Plus, Democrat voters could continue collecting that sweet unemployment that congressional Dems increased to the point where it makes more sense not to work for as long as they keep paying the higher rate!

So okay, Lying Media, screaming "SPIKE!!" is cunning cuz it's wonderfully vague.  If you want to be actual "reporters," tell us what the actual death rates are.   Like maybe PER CAPITA.

"Um...we don't have those figures, citizen.  The CDC won't release 'em to us.  We don't think anyone has ever tried to calculate them, cuz it's just tooo hard!  Besides, we doubt that one American out of 50 even knows what 'per capita' even means.  And it's not our job to educate 'em."

Bullshit.  You assholes know the per-capita numbers, you just don't want us to know, cuz it will make your favorite Dem pol, Cuomo, look far worse, and Greg Abbot look better.  Ah, got it.  So let me help y'all out:


For those who didn't notice:  Democrat-ruled New York has 166 deaths per 100,000 people, barely edged out by neighboring New Jersey--also Dem-ruled.

By contrast, Texas is tied with sparsely-populated Vermont, at 9 deaths per 100,000.

The "spike" your Lying Mainstream Media screeched about was an increase from 8 per thousand to 9. But they wouldn't tell you that, cuz screaming "SPIKE! SPIKE! SPIKE!" scares people into accepting a return of the full lockdown until after the election.

Which is what the Dems want, which will enable them to win.  Hellofa deal, eh? 

But repeat after me, citizen:  "There is absolutely NO pro-Democrat bias in your Trusted Mainstream Media."
