Illegal alien who killed Denver woman in hit-and-run had been deported SIX times. But state won't honor ICE detainers

The Mainstream Media never runs stories about Americans killed by illegal aliens, cuz it cuts against the Democrats' push for open borders--something every Democrat presidential candidate supports.

So you can see why these stories never make the national news.  But despite the national embargo on these stories, local TV stations and papers can't ignore serious crimes by illegals without viewers or readers realizing the fix is in, so they do cover these killings.  And you can learn about 'em if you know where to click.

Recent example:  On December 17th in Denver a woman was killed while crossing the street.  The driver fled the scene.

Police located the vehicle later that night.  It had heavy front-end damage consistent with the collision.  The truck's owner told police he'd loaned the truck to a man named Juan, which eventually led them to the apprehension of Juan Sanchez. He was formally charged with vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of the accident.

The man arrested and charged with the hit-and-run is not only an illegal alien but has been deported six times.

And note this:  Four days before the hit-and-run killing, police in the town of Black Hawk arrested Sanchez on suspicion of DUI.  But astonishingly, hours later Gilpin County sheriff’s deputies allowed a reportedly combative Juan Sanchez to walk out of the jail without even having to post bond.

According to the police report Sanchez didn't have a U.S. driver's license.  A breath test showed a blood-alcohol level of 0.183, over twice the legal limit.

While in the back seat of an officer’s car as it made its way to the jail, Sanchez reportedly said, “I’ll fight my way out of jail” and “I will only be in jail two minutes.”

Despite not having a U.S. driver's license, and a breathalyzer reading over twice the legal limit, the Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office quickly released Sanchez.  The report says “The jail’s decision to book and release was because Sanchez was uncooperative.”

Did ya get that?  Does it make sense to release the guy "because he was uncooperative"?  But there ya go, eh?  If YOU didn't have a license, and blew over twice the legal limit for DUI, do you think the cops would have released YOU?  Not a chance (unless you're Hunter Biden).

The Denver TV station that reported this reviewed Colorado Bureau of Investigations and ICE records and discovered that Sanchez had been arrested on suspicion of DUI at least three times prior dating back to 2000.  Never did jail time.  Got deported SIX TIMES, but each time he returned to the land of welfare and easy marks.

Now...this lawbreaking illegal jerk didn't kill your mother or sister, so why should you be even mildly concerned about this, right?

For the impaired, yeah, that was sarcasm.

You should care because Democrat-ruled states all over the U.S. have passed laws barring state and local law enforcement from cooperating with ICE.  Specifically, when ICE learns that local police have arrested an illegal alien, as in this case, ICE usually files a "detainer" request, asking the cops to notify ICE if they plan to release the illegal.

But Colorado’s state government--controlled by the Democratic Party--has said it won't honor detainer requests.  Last May Democrat Gov. Jared Polis signed House Bill 1124 into law, effectively prohibiting law enforcement from helping ICE apprehend or locate illegal aliens in the state, or even from honoring detainer requests.

As a result, law enforcement in Colorado will continue to release illegal aliens--even those who have committed hit-and-run killings while DUI--without notifying ICE.

Is that cool or what?  Not only do Democrats demand open borders, they also make it far harder to deport illegals even if they've committed serious crimes.

But don't worry, citizen:  This won't harm you or anyone you love.  Really.  Trust us!  So do, do continue to vote Democrat, because we need more illegals here, doing the jobs Americans won't do.
