Interesting take by a former federal prosecutor

Comments by Joe diGenova on Tucker Carlson's show.  How much is accurate?
"We know that Hillary Clinton was illegally exonerated. We knew that a year ago," the former prosecutor said.

"We know that there was a substantial effort to frame the current president of the United States with crimes by infiltrating his campaign and then his administration with spies that the FBI had set upon them."

"We have learned that the crimes were committed by the FBI, senior members of the Department of Justice, John Brennan, Mr. [James] Clapper, Mr. [James] Comey and others associated with the Democratic Party."

"Unequivocally, it has been proven that the FBI--in violation of all guidelines, all legislation--sent people into the Trump campaign to plant false information, then force that information to be forwarded back to CIA, and then funneled to the FBI, to be used as false information [to justify] FISA applications," he said.

"Everybody involved in that process, who knowingly participated, committed a crime," DiGenova concluded. "Criminal referrals have already been made."

"And I suggest that Mr. Brennan, who loves to make comments about the process, get himself a good lawyer not a good writer," DiGenova said.
Contrast this with the NY Times' claim--the Democrat "talking points"--that the FBI really, really believed the Trump campaign was "colluding" with the Russians, so did all these illegal things out of...wait for it...true concern for the safety of this country.

Cuz, y'know, it just makes perfect sense that Putin would want the allegedly unstable, loose-cannon Trump as president instead of the known-corrupt, easily bribed Hilliary.

Yeah.

Oh, and then there are the ten-thousand text messages exchanged between "special agent" Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI attorney Lisa Page saying things like "Trump's an idiot" and "We need an insurance policy."  Yeah, shit like that totally supports the notion that the lying FBI really, really thought Trump's people were "colluding" with Russia.

If instead of texting "We need an insurance policy" Strzok had texted Page "Gosh, I really don't want to believe this but it looks like the Trump people may have been doing some stuff that looks like collusion with our major enemy," it would be a lot more convincing.  But in reality the pair's texts discussed "a path laid out in Andy's office" to keep Trump from the presidency.

Yeah, I'm totally believing the FBI's lies at this point.

Oh, and the infamous line about "I like that path you laid out in Andy's office."  Someone needs to ask the two--under oath--whether "Andy" (almost certainly deputy director of the FBI--and total Democrat supporter--Andrew McCabe was present at that time.  If they say he wasn't, how often did the two conspirators use the deputy director's office when he wasn't there?

Then ask McCabe separately, before the trio have time to tell each other what the others said.  Home in on any tiny discrepancies.  Make them hang themselves--and if they're lying, and aren't given time to cross-check their testimony, they will.
