Vandal spray-paints "F--- Trump", is caught on video. Mayor makes excuses for him: "mistake"

Ya know, when people start committing "hate crimes"--like spray-painting obscenities on businesses--all of us Democrats think the perps should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  I mean, you just can't let those hateful Trump voters get away with stuff like that!  We need to...wait, what?

Y'say an "assistant city solicitor" in solidly Democrat-run Philly was caught by security cameras working with a second man who spray-painted "F___ Trump" on the wall of a business?

Oh, well, that's different!  I mean, it's just a silly prank and only caused a few thousand bucks of damage, so where's the harm, right?

The city's Dem mayor says no arrests have been made, that it was a "dumb mistake" and that Duncan Lloyd still has his $63,000-a-year city job.  I mean, we can't go firing Demcrats just because of a little spirited fun, right?
"It's certainly hateful and inappropriate and unacceptable...but people are human beings and they make mistakes and it's a dumb mistake," said the mayor. "It's hateful graffiti, hateful graffiti is never acceptable whether it's a city employee or not."
Actually, madam mayor, you've made it perfectly acceptable for a Democrat city employee to do what he did.

First Deputy City Solicitor Craig Straw was more blunt:
"We do not condone this type of behavior from our employees," he said.
Actually, you do, sparky.

What do you think the reaction of the Lying Media would be if a Republican city employee had been caught on video spray-painting "Hilliary's a lying pig!" on a business?

But of course we know:  The Dem media would be howling for the perp to be fired and fined.  But when the perp is a Democrat...well it's just different.

Almost like there are two sets of laws or something.

UPDATE;  Democrat mayor says just a "mistake" and "youthful exuberance."  Won't punish or fire the perp.  Yep, two sets of laws.
