You don't live in Oregon, so...

 Consider the Democrat morons who've ruled Oregon for decades:

 

Democrats are morons, because they believe the way to improve education is to stop requiring students to actually, y'know, learn vital things.

So...the moronic Dem-ruled legislature passed a bill that would end the requirement that students pass minimum competency tests to get a highschool diploma.  The equally moronic Democrat governor signed it into law because she bleated that it would "help students of color."

Sure, because it tells 'em they do NOT have to study anything useful.  They graduate with no skills useful for legal employment.  What's left?  Sure: selling drugs, stealing and collecting welfare for life.  But the Dems believe that's totally great, cuz making "students of color" study is oppression!
